Job Description:
Generate revenue by selling business, corporate to enterprise internet capacity, wireless infrastructures as well as IT equipment & services.
Source new sales opportunities and drive sales cycle through closure
Work with team to assess customer needs & recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives by promoting, selling & securing orders from existing and prospective clients through a relationship based sales approach
Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze and manage activity and provide accurate and detailed forecasts of identified and proposed opportunities
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies competitors.
Proficient in computer and other job related software
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should possess these skills and criteria:
Strong work ethic with ability to adapt and apply critical thinking skills in a variety of situations
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferably in telecom, internet, mobile phone, computer networking and/or business equipment.

TELECOM TECHNICIANS

General Summary:
As a Service Technician, you will perform installation and maintenance of wireless equipment, CPE's and cabling.
You will be responsible for the safe keeping and inventory of your equipment, tools, consumables and an assigned vehicle.
This position offers a starting wage, depending on experience, as well as a competitive benefits package and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and servicing of wireless radio links, CPE's, antennas, pole, mast, brackets, power, routers/switches and cabling.
Adhering to the Company's standards, and procedures using a courteous and professional approach to customers concerns; discussing equipment placement, cable routing, paperwork, etc.
Assisting customers with initial configuration and demonstration
Determining which tools are needed for scheduled installations; organizing and loading equipment into Company vehicle
Notifying appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Code: 1&2.
Experience in a related filed of operation and the ability to perform installations on rooftops, pole or tower mast.
Proficient in IP networking and other job related software
Solid knowledge of networking and electronics theory, and electrical codes and standards
Basic working knowledge of RF wireless technologies and product, and wireless planning, design and deployment processes
Ability to analyze and define problems, calculate figures and amounts, prioritize work flow, multitask, meet deadlines, and remain flexible
Demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply safety policies and requirements
Ability to work weekend and/or evening work; availability to perform some travel
Education:

NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER
We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptive and innovative individual to join us. Once on-board, you will be responsible for supporting the architecture, design, specification, and build-out of large-scale networking infrastructure and the related 24x7 operational procedures within our Services Organization. This includes supporting trouble tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy and support network infrastructure to support the hosting of service lines in production environment.
Design and support the configuration development for router, firewall, switch, load balancer, etc.
Support network availability, stability, performance, and load monitoring systems.
Write scripts and build on commercial tool capabilities to provide others with reports and shared knowledge
Provide innovative yet realistic ideas on improving our network
Provide on-call incident leadership as needed
Communicate to a varied and culturally mixed audience, sharing knowledge and passion about engineering networks
Substantial direct experience with tiered datacenter LAN core and upstream ISP and backbone architectures; capable of tuning networks to maximize performance and devising enhancements to both.
Remain current on broad technology infrastructure changes in the industry and how they are driving the business practices and technical organization of our competitors
Advise program or project managers in structuring and sizing their plans, and raise red flags on faulty models or assumptions to prevent misguided implementation
Participate in system engineering reviews
Qualifications and Skills:
Updated on Current and Next Generation Data Center LAN technologies
3+ years experience Network Troubleshooting on a ENTERPRISE Scale.
Scripting experience (network monitoring, automation, network fixes, MRTG and other)
BGP, MPLS, Bandwidth Management, CheckPoint Firewalls DDOS
Ability to handle CISCO, HUAWEI, MIKROTIK networking devices
